Manage uploaded, transferred or certified files

Library feature is designed to fetch the list of uploaded files, reconstruct download keys and co-sign the certified documents.

This feature does not utilize any relational databases or servers on the side of Aetrna. The list of files is fetched by efficient RPC calls.

As of now, you can scan around 20,000 latest blocks when opening the Library with your account, if the files are older than that, you will need to extend the range of search.
